Deadline for 47th Annual Delta Exhibition announced

(LITTLE ROCK, AR) - The Arkansas Arts Center is accepting entries for the "47th Annual Delta Exhibition." The deadline for entries is Monday, March 22, 2004.

This Arkansas Arts Center tradition, recognized as one of the most important regional competitions for contemporary art, is open to all Arkansans and those in its contiguous states: Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas. All work must be original and completed during the years 2002 through 2004. Entries must not have been exhibited previously in the galleries of the Arkansas Arts Center.

Entries should be submitted on a 35mm slide. The fee for submitting a work is $10 per piece. For entry information or to receive an entry form, contact Anne Gochenour at 501-396-0311 or e-mail at agochenour@arkarts.com.

The "47th Annual Delta Exhibition" will be held May 14 through July 25, 2004 in the Jeannette Edris Rockefeller Gallery of the Arts Center.
