Multi-media artist speaks at Friends of Contemporary Craft “Conversation”
(LITTLE ROCK, AR) -
The Arkansas Arts Center Friends of Contemporary Craft will host a discussion with multi-media artist Joyce J. Scott as part of the Conversation series on Friday, September 23 at 5:30 p.m. The event will take place in the Arkansas Arts Center’s Jeannette Edris Rockefeller Gallery, at 9th and Commerce Streets.
A person of amazing versatility, Scott is a sculptor, jeweler, printmaker, performance artist and educator. Scott will discuss her influences and her use of different media, including her signature beadwork. Join this important American artist for an evening of casual conversation.
