Dahlstedt's Pottery is known throughout Arkansas for its beautiful earth tone glazed stoneware. After years of demonstrating at the Ozark Folk Center, Becki and David established a full-time pottery business and began producing an extensive line of functional dinnerware as well as one-of-a-kind pieces. The Dahlstedts are founding members of the Arkansas Craft Guild, a juried statewide crafts cooperative. Becki also founded the Off the Beaten Path studio tour in Mountain View AR. David's work may be found in numerous public and private collections around the country, including the permanent collection of the Arkansas Arts Center. During this one-day workshop, David will demonstrate a variety of wheelthrown and altering techniques. His focus will be on mugs, plates, pitchers, platters, and vases.
